Our client had their service console setup in Salesforce classic and our job was to migrate it to Salesforce lightning. We started with conversion of JavaScript button, VF conversion to lightning components. Service console is basically used for customer support. Client had 2 customer support team internal user and external customers. Then client had knowledge Article setup for each product and issues.
Our job was to migrate knowledge into lightning as well. Knowledge article is nothing but referred as FAQ before logging any case to support team.
